PolkaConnection.com only replaces product within 30 days of purchase that is not working correctly or if the wrong item was sent. SHIPPING For Faster Shipping to USA customers the fee is $3.99. Expedited Shipping to USA customers is $6.99. If you would like the order to be insured, we have that option available as well. We ship using the United States Postal Service (USPS) only. - Canada and Mexico Shipping/Handling fees are $4US for the first DVD/CD and $1US for each additional DVD/CD shipped. Orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible, but there are rare times when product is out of stock or backordered. If you provide an email address during the ordering process, we will communicate with you and inform you of this situation if it applies to your order. Most orders are delivered to customers within 1-2 weeks of the date of ordering or less. If you need your order shipped quicker, there are options on PolkaConnection.com for that as well.
