We believe that our products are among the highest quality you will find. To ensure that you have the maximum satisfaction from these items, please be sure to read and understand our Purchasing Policies below.
 

GENERAL POLICIES

Your product is unconditionally guaranteed to work correctly. Our media products are tested regularly for quality controls. We're confident that they will give you many hours of enjoyment when cared for, stored, and used properly.

All purchases must be made in US FUNDS only. We cannot accept foreign currencies at this time.

PolkaConnection.com only replaces product within 30 days of purchase that is not working correctly or if the wrong item was sent.


THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURE MUST BE FOLLOWED SPECIFICALLY TO REPLACE PRODUCT:

  • You must first call our Customer Service Center at (515) 664-8405.
     
  • When you contact our Service Center, be prepared to give us the Product information (name of product, format (DVD, CD, etc..), date of purchase, Order Number, etc.).
     
  • We cannot accept returns for product that was damaged by the purchaser/owner of the product.

All non-working product will be REPLACED with identical product, ONLY.

Exchanges, refunds, or credits are not given.



REPLACEMENT OF INCORRECT ITEMS


If we accidentally ship incorrect merchandise, please simply let us know of the error WITHIN 30 DAYS of the package's arrival. We will be happy to immediately correct the error and arrange for the return of the incorrect merchandise that you received. Incorrect articles include cases where:

Wrong Item was delivered
Wrong Format (DVD, CD, etc.) was delivered

SHIPPING

Regular Shipping is free for any amount of CDs or DVDs purchased from us to USA customers.

For Faster Shipping to USA customers the fee is $7.99.

Expedited Shipping to USA customers is $24.99.


If you would like the order to be insured, we have that option available as well.


We ship using the United States Postal Service (USPS) only.

- Canada and Mexico Shipping/Handling fees are $20USD for the first DVD/CD and $2USD for each additional DVD/CD shipped.
- Shipping/Handling to anywhere outside of North America is $25USD for the first DVD/CD, each additional DVD/CD is $3USD. 

 

Orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible, but there are rare times when product is out of stock or backordered. If you provide an email address during the ordering process, we will communicate with you and inform you of this situation if it applies to your order. Most orders are delivered to customers within 1-2 weeks of the date of ordering or less.

PolkaConnection.com reserves the right to handle any additional situations not described in this policy on a "case-by-case" basis. We pledge that our service to our customers will be honest, fair, and as responsive as possible.
